So I mentioned that I was now recording my calories again, like I used to in Texas. Back then, I set up an elaborate spreadsheet, as is my wont, including calculated recipes, monthly summaries, and all sorts. It was pretty cool, but a lot of work. I don't have oodles of spare time these days, so I scoured online for a suitable app. There are literally 1000's of them, a number of which I tried. Then I came across Easy Eat Diary, the logo of which is below.
This app is Australian-centric, so it recognises a lot of our products, plus it has a really cool barcode scanning feature. I find it really easy to use and like the way it presents your daily consumption. Anyone reading this who thinks they might benefit from watching what they eat and drink, I highly recommend it!
